The diameter of most Pivot Shafts is from φ20mm to φ150mm, the length is 500mm Max. If you have something special, you can send us drawings, then we will advise.

The Pivot Shafts always need high precision outside diameters and high hardness in application. So they always need to grind outside diameters for small tolerance. They widely used in heavy trucks, excavators and other hydraulic applications.

Material:
Carbon Steel: Q235, 1020, 1045 and etc.
Alloy Steel: 40Cr, 42CrMo, 20CrMo, 20CrMnTi and etc.

Shipped by Air: DAP or DDU door to door and etc.
We always use DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and etc. If the weight is heavy, we will ship by common air-freight which will be cheaper.
